If you have dieted countless times, can't seem to lose weight, or have had trouble sticking to something in the past - I can help. If you can't seem to figure out what to eat, or have low energy despite your diet, or suffer from energy highs and crashes - I can help. As a degree-qualified Nutritionist, I offer the perfect mix of educating you about nutrition, whilst teaching you how to listen to your body and address the ROOT CAUSE of low energy/low mood/cravings (the list goes on!).

Lack of support and education can be a HUGE blocker to continued success when going on a health journey. That is why I decided to do Nutrition consults in this way - where we can see each other weekly or fortnightly, so that I can support you and educate you along the way. Once you have reached a point of feeling amazing and feeling confident in your nutrition knowledge, you can fly and be free! I actually WANT to empower you and give you the ability to do this on your own after our time together, BUT I will always be here if you need me again.

Why Pilates? This amazing low-impact form of movement has it ALL. It provides improvements in: muscle strength and lengthening, balance, breath awareness, core strength, full-body muscle integration, and enhances posture and body alignment. Strengthening your body with Pilates helps you move better in everyday life as your flexibility, mobility and coordination is improved. Pilates is also perfect for pre-natal strengthening and preparing the body for birth, and for post-partum gentle re-building of strength (you can even bring your bub along if they are not crawling yet!). I offer both mat and reformer Pilates as they are both highly effective ways to work your body (and calm your mind!). I can also create a customised home workout plan (see below) for you to do, alongside being trained by me, to support your health journey.
