ABOUT

Hello! I'm Elise, and I am a degree-qualified Nutritionist (Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science), Personal Trainer, mat and reformer Pilates instructor, and mum! I also have pre/post natal exercise training.

I help everyday women learn how to eat well, whilst looking holistically at other lifestyle and wellness factors (hydration, digestion, sleep, stress, mindset and movement), in order to help them feel AMAZING again. I provide simple tools, easy strategies and realistic tips to improve these areas this holistic approach to achieving your goals is the key to sustainable change.

The body works as a whole, and I help identify ALL areas that might need some love. I use a non-diet approach, and teach you how to eat intuitively, meaning goodbye food guilt and hello food enjoyment! I work a lot with the mind, because a healthy mindset leads to healthy habits, which leads to a healthy happy body. The perfect mix of education and listening to your body.
